Consumer Cancellation RightsDear Collector, we are thank you for choosing us and appreciate your decision to buy original art from us.
Everyone has the right to change his mind.
By law, you as a customer have the right to cancel purchased orders. You usually have 14 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind, cancel the order and return the items to obtain a refund.
If you would like to return your order, please confirm this in writing to us at

here within 14 days following the date you received your order. We will then help you with information about the returns method and the refunds.
Conditions and termsPlease, note, that product should be returned unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging, within 14 days of the date, you advise us of your cancellation.
The product has to be returned using the postal address in Spain. Please, for returning products use a delivery service chosen by us. This will help us have proof of sending, as a tracking number. We ask that you please repackage the product in its original packaging securely and remove all shipping labels and print the address we send to you via email and attach it to the parcel.
RefundsRefunds of product costs (excepting the incoming delivery costs if was, sorry) are made using the same payment method that you used to pay us. Refund will initiate after confirmed order cancellation and providing a tracking number of back-delivery. Please, note, that sometimes a refund may take up to 7 days to reach your account.
We are sorry, but at this time we aren't able to reimburse you for any paid local import taxes or duties since those are payable by the importer (ie. the customer or collector) and this is regulated by every single country's law.
Problems with Your Order and ReturnsWhere there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong product arrived, damages, or other, then email us at admin(at)irenatone.art or
here within 14 days after the day you received the product. Once you contact us then, we will start the process to deal with any problems.
